Account Data: When you register via Google or Phone, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and basic demographic data.
Financial Data: For in-app purchases (coins, premium frames, virtual gifts), we securely process transactions through official app stores (Google Play/Apple App Store). We do not store your direct credit card details.
Usage & Interaction Data: Logs of your live stream views, chat messages, virtual gifts sent/received, and interactions with other users.
Because FrenchLive is a live broadcasting platform, we require specific device permissions to function correctly:
Required only when you choose to start a live video broadcast or update your profile picture. We do not access your camera in the background.
Required for audio streaming in live voice rooms and video broadcasts. Audio is only captured when you are actively participating in a room.
Your data is primarily used to operate the FrenchLive platform securely. This includes authenticating your account, processing wallet transactions, delivering real-time chat and video feeds, recommending relevant talents/broadcasters, and preventing fraudulent activities or community guideline violations.
We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption in transit) to protect your data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and payment gateways) strictly for the purpose of operating our app.
You have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, you can do so directly from within the FrenchLive app:
Upon requesting deletion, your profile, wallet balance, followers, and historical data will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.
